You will receive TWO emails once an online appointment request has been submitted:

• 1st- The request submitted email- Explaining that your request has been submitted and is pending confirmation. This email does NOT mean that your appointment is confirmed.

• 2nd- The request confirmed email- Explaining that your request has been reviewed and either approved, approved with a time change or rejected due to a scheduling conflict.

***Please do not assume that an appointment is confirmed unless you receive the second email stating that your appointment has been confirmed***
